Keksi Cookies Information
Every cookie is weighed and quality checked before and after it is baked. A finished cookie weighs between 4 and 6 ounces and is 4 inches in diameter.
Keksi cookies are normally served cold, however, zapping them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds will give you a warm out of the oven experience. This obviously doesn't apply to our topped cookies, as microwaving them will make them look like the Germanic Saxons after Charlemagne's army was done with them.
Need to enjoy the cookies later? No problem, we recommend storing them in a fridge or freezer. Out on the counter, our cookies last about a week before getting dried out. In the fridge and freezer, they can last up to 3 months.
