We are open from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Saturday.

If you store the cookies in cold storage, especially the freezer, they will last up to 3 months and still taste fresh. Leaving them out on the counter can cause them to dry out faster. We strongly recommend putting the cookies with toppings in the freezer, especially those with caramel.

We currently are not offering any of these cookie types, however, we are always looking for new recipes.

Generally we are able to ship orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. However, this is subject to change based on the volume of orders that we receive at a time. We ship Monday - Thursday. We do not ship on Friday or Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Shipments going to PO Boxes ship every Monday. If you place an order on a Tuesday that is going to a PO box, it will not ship until Monday.

Depends on the shipping method that is chosen: UPS Ground - 3 - 5 Business Days. Next Day Air - 1 Business Day. 2nd Day Air - 2 Business Days. Orders being shipped to PO boxes may take longer.
